ConvertChat Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ConvertChat provides a 14-day free trial at the end of which you may choose to continue using the software through paid options. No charges are collected during the free trial period.

After the free trial, you may continue with one of the available paid plans at the pricing shown on the pricing page.

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

2. Pricing Overview

Your ConvertChat pricing currently includes:

  • One-time installation & configuration fee (set up ConvertChat on your website)

  • Monthly subscription fee for ongoing support, hosting, updates, and chatbot services

Pricing and plan structures may change over time; the version displayed on your pricing page at the time of purchase applies.

3. Refund Eligibility

A. One-Time Setup Payment

Refund requests for one-time setup charges must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted in writing to ConvertChat support.

    • The account must not violate the Terms of Service.

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund attempts) may result in denial.

After 7 days, these payments are final and non-refundable.

B. Monthly Subscriptions

For ongoing monthly subscriptions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription charge.

  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed.

  • You may cancel future subscription renewal at any time to prevent further charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email support@automatedclientsystem.com

  2. Include:

    • The email used during purchase

    • Paddle order number or transaction receipt

    • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary per financial institution.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, contact ConvertChat support first. Unapproved or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Policy Updates

ConvertChat may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website and will apply prospectively.
