ConvertChat by Automated Client System (ACS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ConvertChat by Automated Client System (“ConvertChat,” “ACS,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
ConvertChat helps independent and small-group medical practices automate patient booking, reminders, and communications through web and messaging platforms.
2. User Responsibilities
Clinics using ConvertChat agree to:
Provide accurate clinic information.
Obtain lawful patient consent before using ConvertChat to communicate or collect personal data.
Use the system only for legitimate medical or administrative purposes.
Not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
3. Account Security
Clinics must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. ACS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for spamming or unsolicited messages.
Collect or process sensitive medical data beyond appointment scheduling.
Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks related to ConvertChat remain the property of Automated Client System. Clinics are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform while subscribed.
6. Payment and Subscription
ConvertChat may operate on a subscription model. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Clinics may terminate their subscription at any time; access to data may be revoked upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
ConvertChat provides automation tools “as is.” We are not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss due to user error or third-party platform failures
Misuse of patient data by clinics
9. Indemnification
Clinics agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACS, its affiliates, and staff against claims arising from clinic use, data misuse, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
