By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.<\/p><hr \/><h2>1. Service Description<\/h2><p>ConvertChat helps independent and small-group medical practices automate patient booking, reminders, and communications through web and messaging platforms.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. User Responsibilities<\/h2><p>Clinics using ConvertChat agree to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Provide accurate clinic information.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Obtain lawful patient consent before using ConvertChat to communicate or collect personal data.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use the system only for legitimate medical or administrative purposes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Account Security<\/h2><p>Clinics must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. ACS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.<\/p><hr \/><h2>4. Acceptable Use<\/h2><p>You agree\u00a0<strong>not to<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><p>Use the platform for spamming or unsolicited messages.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Collect or process sensitive medical data beyond appointment scheduling.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>5. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All content, software, and trademarks related to ConvertChat remain the property of Automated Client System. Clinics are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform while subscribed.<\/p><hr \/><h2>6. Payment and Subscription<\/h2><p>ConvertChat may operate on a subscription model. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7. Termination<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Clinics may terminate their subscription at any time; access to data may be revoked upon termination.<\/p><hr \/><h2>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>ConvertChat provides automation tools \u201cas is.\u201d We are not responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Indirect or consequential damages<\/p><\/li><li><p>Data loss due to user error or third-party platform failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Misuse of patient data by clinics<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>9. Indemnification<\/h2><p>Clinics agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACS, its affiliates, and staff against claims arising from clinic use, data misuse, or non-compliance with applicable laws.<\/p><hr \/><h2>10. Changes to Terms<\/h2><p>We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.<\/p><hr \/><h2>11.
