Free Trial<\/strong><\/h3><p>ConvertChat provides a\u00a0<strong>14-day free trial<\/strong>\u00a0at the end of which you may choose to continue using the software through paid options. No charges are collected during the free trial period.<\/p><p>After the free trial, you may continue with one of the available paid plans at the pricing shown on the pricing page.<\/p><p>All payments are processed securely by\u00a0<strong>Paddle<\/strong>, which acts as the Merchant of Record.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>2. Pricing Overview<\/strong><\/h3><p>Your ConvertChat pricing currently includes:<\/p><ul><li><p>One-time\u00a0<strong>installation &amp; configuration fee<\/strong>\u00a0(set up ConvertChat on your website)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Monthly subscription fee for ongoing support, hosting, updates, and chatbot services<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Pricing and plan structures may change over time; the version displayed on your pricing page at the time of purchase applies.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>3. Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong>A. One-Time Setup Payment<\/strong><\/h4><p>Refund requests for one-time setup charges must be submitted within\u00a0<strong>7 days of the transaction date<\/strong>.<\/p><p>To qualify for a refund:<\/p><ul><li><p>The request must be submitted in writing to ConvertChat support.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p>The account must not violate the Terms of Service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><p>Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund attempts) may result in denial.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>After 7 days, these payments are final and non-refundable.<\/p><hr \/><h4><strong>B.
